Exercise for Suspension

Some rope bottoms want to go the extra mile or want to add exercises to help them do rope suspension more easily into their workout routine! While you don’t have to do these it’s always great to have the resource.

We worked with her to discuss our concerns around Strappados, TKs, and general suspension safety and she picked out these exercises for us! (Tops, Brianna says we could benefit from these exercises too since all that lifting we do means we should pay attention to our shoulders and core as well!)
